The truth is, you don’t have to have someone with you in-person (if you don’t want) in order to feel supported and improve your birth. Through online meetings, messaging and phone calls, I can still provide education, personalized care and comfort. Research directly shows improved outcomes when there's a doula on your team. Are you local to me but on a tight budget? Or hoping for some privacy for birth, but want to have a partner who is ready to step in and support you in a productive way? This option is for you!
Like a private childbirth class, but on steroids. Go beyond the textbook basics and get your birth preparation on point. Book an in-home prep session to spend a few hours one-on-one with a seasoned birth doula and childbirth educator. I can provide some real talk and guidance tailored specifically to you and your unique needs and desires. I will walk you through all the very top ways to set yourself up for a positive hospital birth. I will also teach your partner how to be an active part the birth team. Your partner wants to help, but let’s be real, they don’t know what you are feeling and they don’t know birth.
